Parramatta Lake Walk

I decided to take my Jack Russell Teddy to Parramatta lake it's nice & handy there are bushwalking trails & a swimming area patrolled by life guards heaps of things to do & see it's been cleaned up

It is a hidden gem, perfect for a peaceful nature escape without leaving the city. The track is well-maintained, offering a scenic 4.2 km loop around the lake with stunning bushland views, wildlife, and plenty of shaded areas. It’s a great spot for walking, jogging, or a relaxed picnic by the water. The walk is moderately easy, with some gentle inclines and stairs, making it suitable for most fitness levels. There are plenty of benches along the way to stop and enjoy the view. The lake itself is beautiful, and you might even spot some ducks and water dragons along the shore. Parking can get busy on weekends, so arriving early is a good idea. There are also BBQ facilities, playgrounds, and toilet amenities, making it a great spot for families. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a bit of nature and tranquility in Western Sydney!

This is a beautiful park, with barbecue facilities, lots of parking spac3s and toilets. It is a magical place for all ages! You can also have a ride in a duck shaped tiny boat. The walk is so nice, as you feel you are in the jungle, with lots of flora and fiona around you. Also, I have noticed lots of educational displays . Huge rocks and small creeks.
