Hitchcock Park has an off-leash dog park at its northern end, with a separate fenced section set aside for small and shy dogs. The main area is not fully enclosed, but the surrounding trees help contain it for a run. There is parking and toilets nearby, and the dog area sees a friendly local crowd. A practical Avalon spot, with the small-dog enclosure a useful option for cautious dogs.
Thankful for a dog park in Pittwater! Not fully enclosed but trees close it off enough to run your dog safely.
Great little park, tennis courts, and very tidy, however, over the course of several days we did notice vans and camper vans regularly. Turning up for people to spend the night understand. Tourist like the sleeping cars whilst travelling. However, the bottles, full of urine and bags of rubbish left by some was disgraceful
Went there to watch my son play footy and was hoping to have fish n chips for lunch at Palm beach, well for a beach place you would expect fish n chips! NO fish or chips!! Not happy Jan!!
It's a nice place when there's no people around Don't come on a Sunday or a Saturday there will be lots of people playing sport.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
