Great drinks, wonderful vibes and quality bites. Enjoyed a taster and some apps. Everything was high quality and delicious. Loved the patio dining. Much chiller atmosphere than some other nearby spots. Great for sharing with friends.

Walking back to the ferry terminal from the beach in drizzly weather, I spotted a cheerful buzz on the veranda. Finding out it was a brewery made me curious, so we went inside. Despite it being that awkward time just before evening, the place was nearly full. Everyone seemed to be happily enjoying their beer. A balcony seat became available, so we moved there and ordered recommended beers and food for the 5pm happy hour. We asked the cheerful, lively staff for samples of several varieties and chose what suited our mood that day. The fried food was a bit greasy, perhaps not properly dried, but it paired perfectly with a crisp, refreshing beer and a fruity one? No problem. We had a lovely time chatting with the group seated next to us.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere at 4 Pines BrewPub in Manly. It felt just like a hometown brewery I’d regularly visit back in the States — relaxed, welcoming, and full of character. The 4 Pines Pacific Ale perfectly matched my beer taste. If you enjoy beers like Corona or Pacifico in the U.S., this is right in that smooth, refreshing lane and easy to enjoy with a meal. The food was excellent as well. I ordered the classic burger, and it was more than enough to leave you feeling full and satisfied. The fries were a standout — hot, crispy, and cooked just right. This is a must-visit spot for anyone traveling to Manly or Sydney from overseas. You won’t be disappointed. If you can, come for a sunset dinner — the balcony offers a great view as the sun goes down. It’s also conveniently located with easy access to the Manly ferry, making it a perfect stop during your day or evening out.

Silky smooth stout, and what a vibe at this place! Bustling with people making lively conversation, we sat here for a drink and break from the long walk to Manly and enjoyed every minute of it. Would've loved to have more beers which were some of the more affordable ones we've seen in Sydney.

Visited 4 Pines Brewpub Manly, and it was everything you’d want from a coastal brewery. The craft beers were excellent — crisp, flavorful, and perfectly chilled. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, with sea breeze coming through and locals enjoying their evening. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the brews, offering great recommendations. It’s the kind of place that captures the spirit of Manly — good beer, good people, and ocean views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sydney’s northern beaches.
