The coffee is good and I would also recommend the Lychee Ice Tea and the Chicken and Almond Flatbread. I appreciate that the staff are willing to accommodate dietary requirements and know me and several other regulars by name. This is also a good place to bring kids, and my dog and I often use the outdoor seating.

Staff were unorganized taking names. Made excuses that they were under pressure when there was about 6 people sitting and giving us a wait time of 20 minutes Coffe came out and was burnt which show inexperienced barista Avoid untill a reshuffle in management This brand had a quality name but it's losing it fast

I felt like I was treated differently which made me very uncomfortable. I don't know how her service is like this. I ordered the chicken wrap in the display casw and pointed it out when I ordered it. Somehow I received a wrong sandwich. That sandwich I received was not even in the display case. I asked the staff I received a wrong one. She said it was still SAME CHICKEN. I denied it but she kept insisting it was a SAME CHICKEN anyway. She never tried to get the new one. Other barista staff came and fixed this problem. However the staff never apologized me and she was very passive. I was very upset. Seriously she shouldn't deal with problems like this. She should try to listen to the customers especially this kind of cases - her fault.

The management and staff were very nice and treated all customers with warm greetings, except for one girl I have encountered several times. She was consistently rude, which left me with a negative experience. I won’t be returning again, as I believe when I am paying for my coffee, I deserve respectful service, not the feeling of being treated poorly.

I will never understand a specialist coffee shop that doesn't put a roast date on their bags of coffee. This is aimed at the brand, not the individual shop, but we bought a bag of coffee earlier that is frankly disgusting. Perhaps it was good once upon a time, but this bag was stale, and thus astringent with a vile after taste. I can still taste it an hour later, so, so gross. I wish I'd just spent less and bought a bag of super market coffee. The staff were very nice and did their best to help us, but clearly just haven't been taught anything about what they're selling.
