Lions Park is a popular dog-friendly park in Burrill Lake where dogs are welcome on lead. You'll find shaded areas, BBQs, parking, and toilets nearby, while Rosie Oats is just a short walk away for an easy post-walk coffee.

Dog rules

Dogs are welcome on-leash at Lions Park, a Shoalhaven City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control in public places throughout the Shoalhaven, except in Council's designated off-leash areas. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas.

Absolutely beautiful spot. Great for some drone shots and videos also! We happened to stop here on our road trip for a rest in our motorhome and ended up staying overnight free camping. As did another motorhome who pulled up beside us. Toilets open 24hrs it was perfect. Will definitely visit here again sometime. BBQs available and picnic tables all undercover.

Park area with slides for kids. There is a foot over bridge that takes you to the viewpoints for the lake where people fish or can have a picnic or a short walk. Easy to visit place with kids.
