What people say
Nice beach that is dog friendly (on a leash). It's not suitable for swimming however. Some picnic tables and benches and there is a restaurant opposite the road.
Nice beach, but itβs not an off leash dog area as google maps says
Take a bus from Manly up through the Northern beaches to Palm Beach Pittwater and near the wharf to Ettalong is Snapperman Beach Reserve. A beautiful spot for a picnic and a swim. Stay till sunset and catch the stunning views over Pittwater.
This beach is perfect for little ones to play in the water and sand, however please be mindfull of the owners land and space. It gets very popular during summer so be early and carparking is a very sad situation. Do not park on lawns on private property. Also popular with Council Rangers, SO DO THE RIGHT THING AND READ THE SIGNS.
