Ariel's Warrawong is a cafe where dog access has not yet been confirmed — it's worth checking before you visit.
It is illegal to refuse service to a person with a registered assistance dog. You just did that to me!! These are guide dogs, emotional support animals and medical alert dogs, who are highly trained and extremely well behaved. I could make a complaint to the ombudsman or centre mangement.. Today I will spend my money elsewhere. Very disappointed with your ignorance of the law.
I recently moved from Sydney to Wollongong and discovered Ariel's Cafe. Mencita provided exceptional customer service and was very welcoming. My brunch was delicious and served quickly. Thanks to her outstanding service. I've found my new go to spot for brunch and coffee in Wollongong. Highly recommend Ariel's Cafe and Mencita for her amazing customer service !!
food quality is high and portions appropriate. can get very busy and wait times to order and receive food can be longer than ideal. if you have to sit out in the walkway it's really not great, so definitely try and grab a seat inside. also check the specials board good to have options not on regular menu. Note that each Ariel's location does not have exact same menu.
This place is the original Ariel's. This place serves delicious food and has great service. The burger was excellent with the beef burger being the star of the show. The iced matcha was great. I've been going to this store for years. Keep up the great work
Ordered eggs on toast with a side of bacon Eggs nice , bacon also nice The tomato wasn’t ripe/floury and also not enough as you only get 2 quarters of a small tomato. The 1 slice of toast/bread was awful wasn’t given any options for $18.90 not happy. So basically you get 2 eggs and bacon for that price.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
