Kiyong Beach is a dog-friendly beach in Lake Illawarra with on-leash walking areas. There's also calm, shallow water here, ideal for dogs that like a gentle paddle. Just 400m away, Reddall Reserve is a nearby option to stop in after your walk.
Dog rules
Dogs must be kept on a leash and under effective control at all times in public places except in designated off-leash areas. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs. If you're wanting to go to the beach but aren't wanting the waves then definitely go here. Very child friendly. But be careful of the rocks to one side they have broken oyster shells on them.
