Greenfield Beach is a beach in Vincentia where dog access has not yet been confirmed — it's worth checking before you visit.
Shoalhaven City Council's Dog Off-Leash Guide states: "Dogs in the Shoalhaven are required to be 'on leash'" unless in a designated off-leash area or dog-prohibited area. This venue is not named in Shoalhaven's off-leash list or prohibited list under D23/519887 (MIN23.740, December 2023), so the council-wide default on-leash rule applies. Dogs must be under the effective control of a competent person at all times under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. (Source: Shoalhaven City Council, MIN23.740 / D23/519887.)
Absolutely stunning beach, lined with gorgeous bushland and a creek/rivermouth. Small bay waves but fun enough for kids to bodysurf. Water was crystal clear, white soft sand and lots of beautiful rock pools to explore. We found a few decent size crabs. Not many parking spots so didn’t get too crowded. We came early in the morning and snagged a beautiful shady spot. One of the best beaches I’ve been to anywhere in the world.
Pristine beach with soft Australian white sand and clear blue water. Peaceful and beautiful. 🌊🤍
The sea is a vibrant emerald green, perfect for a refreshing swim, paired with soft white sand. There’s a well-maintained walking track along the beach, making it very easy and pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the scenery
This is a lovely little beach, with torqouise waters, white sand and coastal scribbly gums creating the idealic setting in which to relax. The picnic area has a shelter shed, BBQs and picnic tables as well as a lovely walk along the hinterland. Highly recommend a day out here. There is also a beach shower and tap water but only for washing off the salt water from your swimmers etc. My fave new spot on the south coast.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
