What a great park. Water play. Wheel chair accessible. Large format allows children to be free while being in a fenced area as the dogs play nearby. A long awaited upgrade that looks great and will be great for the kids for years to come. Bathrooms and Bbqs have not been forgotten in the upgrade either. Getting locked out of the car here was not an issue Access Now Newcastle was there to help in no time. Number attached if anyone needs it.

This park is great! Lots of different areas for kids to play. There are trees for shade but still pretty easy to look across the park & see where kids are. There was a coffee van in the car park as well - great coffee! Will be back.

What a fantastic new kids play area. It’s vast and varied, with lots of different play areas for all ages. Under cover picnic tables and BBQ area, fully fenced, near toilets and water fountain. Right by the waterfront. A really beautiful play space for children.

A fantastic new playground that is situated right on Lake Macquarie. The playground is a pirate theme and features and accessible pirate ship complete with slides and rope ladders and a ramp for those unable to use the ladders. There is a water play zone as well as BBQ areas and new toilets. There's also a large grassed area and plenty of parent seating. The entire park is fenced and there is plenty of parking. A must for any parent of a primary school aged child in the Lake Mac area 🏴‍☠️
