Latte Lounge Ballina

As an airport transfers operator and coffee lover, I have chosen Nick’s Coffee shop as my favorite coffee in the whole Ballina Byron area. The coffee is the best and the service and prices are great as well. The staff are quick friendly and parking access is unbeatable. Most times I park right in front of outdoor coffee counter and usually they start making my coffee when they see me pull up, there are also indoor lounges and outdoor seating areas as well as really clean well kept public toilets nearby, but best of all as I mentioned before, the coffee is great 😊.

Absolutely disgusted. While visiting Latte Lounge with my 3-year-old, the woman working there physically hit/tapped my child’s legs to make him sit down because she was worried about the furniture. Having rules is fine… touching someone else’s child is completely unacceptable. You speak to the parent. You do not physically intervene with someone else’s toddler!! When I raised this, the staff member became defensive, denied touching my child, and then frustratingly told me I shouldn’t have had my child standing on the couch in the first place. The lack of professionalism, maturity, and accountability is disturbing. We will never return. Parents should think twice before bringing their children here..

Latte Lounge in Ballina is an absolute gem. The friendliest staff you could ever meet, amazing home-cooked food, and consistently great service every single time. The coffee is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and it’s just one of those places that makes you feel good the moment you walk in. You have got to try the duck and mushroom pie, so tasty! Beautiful service here too with kind and welcoming staff, great spot to grab a snack and a coffee. Seating available or you can take to go, plenty of options to choose from in the front cases.

The coffee is the best!!! The owners and staff are very friendly and down to earth, not cutsie artificial over the top friendly like you get at a lot of places and the food!!! These people are Greek!! Yum!!!
