A beautiful spot to enjoy a nice nature walk or picnic. Has all the facilities you need - benches, bins, very clean public toilets and a gorgeous view. Dogs welcome too so long as they are on a leash. My two dogs had a great time exploring the reserve and finding all the sniffs :) Mungabareena is such a peaceful place - the only sounds when we were there were the tweeting of birds and the gurgling of the river. Pure bliss. Highly recommend to anyone in the region or visiting - go experience the true beauty of nature and the mighty Murray River.

Really nicely maintained area along the beautiful Murray River. Plenty of shade to park, walk or sit at the picnic tables. Very nice public toilets also.

Always a joy going to Mungab. Many spots to relax by the river, open space, & serene. Pity it's often a site for dumping cars!

Beautiful place to walk or seat for a while. So calm and mind refreshing area. Big area so can seat anywhere. Seating area also placed in few areas. Washroom facilities available. You can swim in river too but careful. Big trees so shadow all over the area to enjoy the view.
