Some venues get the basics right. The Bended Elbow gets the experience right. Great location, beautifully balanced space (perfect for a quiet catch-up or a group night), generous portions with plenty of variety, and cocktails that are genuinely well made — not an afterthought. What really makes it stand out though is the service — warm, friendly and effortless. One of those spots you leave already planning your next visit. 🍸✨
Had the steak, a little hard to chew and the scallop and shrimps on top did not taste fresh, the calamari tasted fine. Should just have the Parma. Salad, chips and sauces are good. Went again, Parmi is great.
The Parma was just a blob of cheese. Ham should also come standard rather than as a $3 extra listed as “Hawaiian”. The ham stops the Parma from going soggy which in this case it was.
Lara insisted we leave a review — and honestly, she deserves it! She’s friendly, quick on her feet, and made the whole night flow so easily. Great recommendations, great attitude, and she makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time in. If you’re at The Bended Elbow, hope you get Lara looking after you!
Had lunch here after a 12 km walk along the Murray River so we were really hungry and needed refuelling. I had the steak pie on mash and Kerry had the beef roll. Both good servings and good quality for a pub. Inside is well done out and the service was professional.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
