Bowna Waters Reserve is a scenic lakeside park near Albury with open grass, shade and BBQ facilities. Dogs are welcome on-leash, and the water's-edge setting makes it a pleasant place for a walk or a picnic. There are toilets on hand and plenty of room to wander for a longer visit. A relaxed on-leash reserve by the water.
Dogs are welcome on-leash at this park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act, dogs must be kept on a leash in all public areas except designated off-leash zones. Albury City Council has five designated off-leash areas — visit council's website for locations.
Really nice place to enjoy a good view. Trees in the water are making the lake more beautiful. There is a place to cook for free and toilets
Beautiful natural palace. Enjoy the Hume lake view, hill on the other side and picnic with family. Can do any water sports, swimming or fishing. So many spots to go to water so can choose any quiet place to enjoy the nature.
Great boat ramp and family area. There is a good no wash zone so it is good for fishing off the bank also Just wish I was able to catch a fish 😀
Great place to visit and just admire the views. Of course, you can use the boat ramp if you are that way inclined, or have a barbecue.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
