We ordered vegetarian snack pack and that had insect in the food and we went back to the restaurant and his customer service was worse as he said to us that It’s not a big problem you can eat it and that thing is really disgusting and disappointing too. So, it’s better to maintain hygiene and learn basic customer service.

Busy day but the service was extremely efficient. Not far off from the M31.

I had fish and chips at this cozy little spot, and it was so good! The fish was crispy on the outside and soft and flaky inside. The chips were thick and golden, just the way I like them. It came with tartar sauce and a slice of lemon, simple but perfect. Would totally come back for this!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Thurgoona Dine and Takeaway. The customer service was severely lacking—basic items like water and cutlery were not provided, and we had to request them ourselves. We ordered the chicken biryani and mango lassi. While the biryani was decent, it was extremely dry and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, the raita that typically accompanies biryani was not included. When we inquired about it, the staff hurriedly prepared a bowl of raita in front of us, mixing a large amount of Greek yogurt with some vegetables, which resulted in a dish that was unpleasant and unappetizing. As for the mango lassi, it was overly spiced and completely undrinkable. The combination of poor service and disappointing food made for an overall negative experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on what I encountered.
