Hi this business seems to offer trial days for young people under 18yrs and then when they are thanked and asked for feedback the owner just doesn’t reply if he isn’t interested. This does not model for our young people how to be respectful. I would assume it’s possibly not a highly ethical place to learn how to engage in the workforce. Very disappointed for my daughter. Whilst this was some time back, and I thought to just allow my daughter to chalk it up as experience, I heard of another young person who experienced it recently. For this business there is a kick back as my daughter has family, friends of whom all have colleagues who will vote with their wallet

I used to live in the Southern Highlands and spent my first five years in Australia here, mostly in Bowral. Whenever I need that hometown feeling, I come back to the Highlands — and every time, I make sure to visit Biscotti Bero at Springetts Arcade. If you’re looking for a proper Bowral café, this place really captures what the Southern Highlands is about — original, grounded, and genuinely welcoming without trying too hard. It’s one of the few cafés that still holds that authentic Highlands vibe while keeping things modern. They use ONA Coffee, which says a lot about their standards. The coffee is consistently great, and the overall experience always feels well put together. For me, as a café lover, this is still the best café in Bowral. Highly recommend the katsu burger — easily one of the highlights on the menu.

AMAZING, what a lovely lil hidden gem I stumbled on! The cheeseburger was so delicious, the patty melted in my mouth and the bun was toasted just right. Definitely recommend stopping in here for a coffee and a feed if you’re traveling south or just a local! Thanks guys

Delicious food, great coffee & friendly team. I’d love to keep this a local secret gem, but the kimchi waffle with chicken is just too good to keep to oneself! Welcome to the new kid in the arcade!
