Pani Cafe Galston is a cafe where dog access has not yet been confirmed — it's worth checking before you visit.
Slow and completely distracted talking to a friend. People lining up and waiting. Rude and inefficient.
Went to buy a pastry and price on sign says $6. When i get my change back it's less than it should be. The Girl says the price has increased to $7.50 and we haven't updated it for awhile. That's illegal.
We stopped for a coffee after a lovely walk through the park. Unfortunately the coffee was awful. Tasted like hot water with milk, you really couldn’t taste coffee!
Came here on a busy weekend. 2 young teenage girls working with no customer service. No one was acknowledged while waiting to be served. Waited 5 mins to be told they not taking coffee orders cause they needed to catch up. The girls could not work slow enough. If you want anything stop in Galston. If I could give no stars I would. Like work faster if it’s busy and learn some customer service.
Heads up - doesn’t always have hot food on offer. Good coffee and lovely service but don’t come with a hungry stomach. Great location in the park with a few ice cream options and muffins and banana bread. If you want guaranteed hot food, check out the local Galston shops.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
