The atmosphere is quite nice, a garden shop with a decent slightly elevated view of trees. However in summer it can get quite hot as its all outdoor seating with fans, the inside seating feels same as outdoor seating temperature wise. I thought the food is typical of what you get at cafes, quite nice. I wouldn't drive out here for the food, but maybe for the ambience. On the pricier side but typical for cafe food price. I enjoyed the dessert more than the mains. For $40 I expected a bigger portion from the duck. The crunch was nice on the duck skin, the potato was not cooked enough and a bit hard. The sauces were decent. Dessert was pleasant, the bannoffee parfait was nice and lots of textures to the dish. I tried brownie, tiramisu and honey cakes from someone else's plate. They were okay. The brownie was very rich and cant go wrong with tiramisu. The honey cake is a big portion so the flavour can get tiring after a while. The rose milkshake and pavlova is beautifully presented with the cotton candy floss. I enjoyed the milkshake flavour as it tastes like rose The garden shop is interesting too though and found the prices reasonable.

We order the Eggs Benedict with pork hock (which was out of this world delicious!) as well as the brûlée passionfruit French toast (to die for! Especially the quality of the cream which tasted like a beautiful marscapone!). My husband and I rarely like to go out for brunch as it’s hard to find a cafe that has a unique breakfast menu - this was worth every single dollar! We left feeling like we were both treated to such a unique meal, and both dishes were considered perfectly, portions were great and we couldn’t give any negative feedback (which for us is a first!) 👏

I was very disappointed with my meal today. I came in for a quick breakfast, as I usually do, and ordered my usual sweet option—pancakes. Although the restaurant was very busy, the pancakes were not cooked properly on the inside. I’m not sure whether this was due to the batter or the volume of orders at the time. Up until now, I have always been happy with my meals here. While the staff were polite and willing to take the dish back and replace it, unfortunately the second serving had the same issue. This made the overall experience quite disappointing.

Located inside a nursery in the suburbs of Sydney is this amazing gem of a cafe. It reminds me of a countryside plantation cafe in Georgia, with coffee this good and food to match the garden ambience it’s a perfectly relaxing atmosphere amongst family and friends. Just give me a fresh-baked scone, a side of cream and fresh jam, a flat white coffee and call it a day. But the grilled Reuben sandwich whets my appetite, sharing a half sandwich with my wife is enough to keep me filled through the day. Be there early or get a reservation (or booking as they say in Australia) or be prepared to wait.

This place never disappoints. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, the food is always amazing, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Whether you’re stopping by for coffee or sitting down for a proper meal, the quality and experience are spot on every time. Easily one of those cafes you can rely on—highly recommended and a definite must-try.
