Asquith Park has a fenced off-leash area with double gates and a unique touch — a communal tennis ball depository so there's always something to throw. The surface is mostly compacted dirt rather than grass. Waste bags, bins, BBQ facilities, and parking right at the gate make it practical.

What people say

Asquith Dog Park offers a community-focused experience with a unique tennis ball depository (see images), ensuring an ample supply for play. While the park features good signage promoting cleanliness, the frequent re-turfing due to poor grass survival leads to a dusty environment, especially in shaded areas. More dirt than grass at this park. Despite the ground conditions, the park has been a popular spot for years, with plenty of local support and a strong sense of community.

Fully enclosed, decent sized area with double gates, poo bags, access to water and parking next to the gate. But mostly dirt rather than grass. Still not a bad option for a run around, just not idea for dog who like to wrestle

Although the oval is fully fenced. Dogs must remain on a leash which kind of defeats the purpose of a dog park and the small fenced area at the top is very hard dirt and not a lot of grass
