Our work group of 11 enjoyed a lovely end of year lunch at the Bobbin Inn Cafe. The inn itself has historic and rustic charm inside. Staff were very friendly and the weekday menu had a wide variety of selections including vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian options which our group required. The portion sizes were very large and the prices very reasonable. I ordered Fish Tacos ($24) and a few of us shared a large chips ($12). The fish tacos were light and tasty. Excellently cooked pieces of fish and the capers and jalapeno mayo were a fancy touch. The chippies here were 5 stars, lightly battered and crispy. We were all raving about the chips. We didn't wait very long for food which was great given our group size but probably aided by the fact half of us had fish tacos and another 3 had the falafel platters (which were also well received). Beautiful views of the water and outdoor seating also available. Cute National Parks gift shop next to the restaurant. Parking is part of the National Park day entry fee ($12 per vehicle) so you might want to combine lunch and a visit to the park at the same time. Only suggestion is for the restaurant to replane the kitchen door or put a soft close on it as I was sitting right next to it and it was constantly slamming and scaring the daylights out of me! lol

The food was great and very tasty. Close to the parking area so no need to hike. The service was a bit slow but there staff was friendly. The milkshakes were a bit too sweet. The burgers taste very good with fresh ingredients for veggies. The meat is very fresh and everything is freshly made. There is a large selection of drinks available which is always nice. Will recommend for any visitors

Had a nice brunch on Saturday morning. Decent breakfast menu. We got a bacon and egg roll with a hashbrown and the Turkish poached eggs on labneh with chilli oil and eggplant. Both were nice, ask for extra chilli oil as it was barely noticeable. Nice seating area outdoors with views to the water. Nice staff and friendly service.

Whenever me and my family visit Bobbin Head, we always come here to dine. It has been our number one place since we first visited Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park a few years back. Staff here are wonderful and the food is so great. There is no better place than this cafe in any national park we have ever been to. Great scenery view as well as from the inside. I recommend this cafe to anyone who visits here to come and dine at.

I was lucky enough to celebrate my 60th birthday yesterday at the cafe and was so impressed by the wonderful service we received. The owners went above and beyond to make the day so enjoyable. We had a party of 11 including one vegan guest. The vegan platter they have on the menu was so flavourful with the rest of us ordering a variety of the seafood dishes and the consensus was - delicious! I will certainly be going back to the cafe again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable day out in a beautiful setting with amazing food and hosts!
