I had a really unpleasant experience here. I ordered an oat latte and drank it all the way down, and when I took the last sip, I felt something in my mouth. I spat it back into the cup and realized it was a big dead fly. It was honestly disgusting. I showed it to the staff, and they didn’t apologize or offer a refund—just silence. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected. If you look at my review history, you’ll see that I always write 5-star reviews because I believe in empowering business owners and supporting local businesses. But this experience was completely unacceptable. Poor hygiene and zero customer service. Sadly, this is my first one-star review in ten years.

No table service!! The food was ok Cole’s bought ham very cheap! muffins were not toasted and there was no truffle in sauce also a very cold personality when i was served with the food no utensils were given no water but other Guests got water, was asked if I wanted to pay for the extra juice I ordered when I was sitting and eating this ment getting up and going over to pay while I was eating! Got a very dissatisfied look when I said I’ll pay when I leave.Had to reassure that I would not run off! It was not a nice experience at all never getting coffee or eating there again !!

Ordered the Cheeseburger. Just based on my preference cheese burgers in my view should not have rashers of bacon. The burger had a lot of mayonnaise instead of my preferred ketchup...so not for me. The poached eggs and toast were tasty ! The morning star juice and coffee was excellent. The service was friendly.

New cafe to the area. I just walked past this morning and I am very glad that I stopped and ate there. The staff were friendly and the food...... Just look at the photos.
