We came here for a breakfast date and ended up having brunch, as they offer both breakfast and lunch options. The food was YUMMYYYY and came out quickly, and the drinks were great too - especially the fresh juices and protein shakes. The interior is super cute and makes it a lovely place to sit and enjoy your meal. Staff were polite and welcoming. You order your food at the till, so not much time for interaction! Parking outside was quite busy, but that’s probably a sign of how popular the place is. Prices are a little on the higher side for us, but very much in line with Sydney and similar cafés. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely return

An interesting spot in the midst of an industrial part of Kirrawee. I'm not sure if this place was a restaurant first or it sprouted out as a side venture, but it gives it some personality and we enjoyed it. The food was of a really high quality. At first I thought the portion sizes didn't justify the price, but in reality the food was denser that it looked so we definitely didn't leave hungry. The coffee was delicious and that alone would be enough reason for me to go back. Excellent latte art too. Didn't have much interaction with staff personally, but when I did they seemed nice. When our young one got upset they brought out some colouring in stuff which was a nice touch (and good for the other patrons too!). Highchairs available, as is some on-site parking (and plenty more on the street).

I ordered a soy piccolo (as a coffee) and a granola bowl (for brunch) on 1/11/2025. (I didn't take photos of either.) The coffee was great and the granola bowl was fantastic (satiating and very flavourful)! The staff were very friendly and my coffee and meal came quickly. I was in a room with a group (of 11, including myself) - the door to that room blocked out a lot of noise, which I really liked. I highly recommend this cafe if you're in Kareela, the northern part of Kirrawee or the northeastern part of Sutherland.

Tucked away in the Kirrawee industrial estate, The Pan and Stone is a real hidden treasure. I tried the smoked beef brisket plate, and it was absolutely outstanding — the meat was incredibly soft, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor. You can tell it’s been slow-cooked to perfection. Despite its tucked-away location, the place is very popular, and for good reason. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the food speaks for itself. If you're into hearty, well-crafted meals and enjoy discovering local gems, this spot is a must-visit.

Do yourself a favour and have breakfast or brunch here! Fantastic food and able to cater for gluten-free and the fussiest of young diners. We had the breakfast bowl and crepes. Everything was delicious, the staff were warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was great. There is also a lovely botanic garden next door which is great to explore. Could not recommend this place enough!
