Springs Lake has an off-leash area with agility obstacles set around a small lake in a newer estate. There's a playground and BBQ facilities nearby, and waste bags are provided. It works well as a combined family outing — kids can play while dogs run.

Dog rules

Dogs must be on a leash at all times in public places except in designated off-leash areas. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs. The maximum number of dogs that may be under one person's effective control is four. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment, food preparation/consumption areas, public swimming pools, schools, kindergartens, sports grounds during organised activities, and wildlife protection areas.
