This was the perfect stop on our roadtrip with the kids. The beach was great. We spent most of the time walking up the bank and then floating with the tide back to where we set up (both of my children are pretty good swimmers). Facilities were good and the adjoining park was so well set up with water play, slides, climbing frames and flying fox. Highly recommend to add to any day trippers / road trippers. We stayed about 1.5 hours in total but could have stayed longer. We cut the kids park play early to hit the road again.

Wagga Beach is a beautiful place to have a family picnic. There are onsite BBQs & kids play areas for all ages. Beautiful shadey trees & grass areas all around. Recommended
