La Society Cafe.

Never have I been asked to leave a café. But that is what happened yesterday Sunday 8/2/2026 I was meeting a friend for a coffee and we chose La Society. I was met by a lovely young girl (I wish I got her name as she was beautiful) who asked me if I was eating, I said I am not sure yet just meeting for coffee and asked if that was a problem, she looked towards the counter and I got the vibe that because I wasn’t eating it was a problem. Anyway I was given a table outside. I was then advised that because I didn’t have a trolley or a pram they would have to move me. Okay no problem got moved to a table inside. About 5 minutes later I was advised that they would need to move me again (can’t remember the excuse given this time). My friend and her daughter arrived we ordered coffee. This is when I had the worse experience. The coffee was lovely, however Fred hovers over watching like a hawk. As soon as we took our last mouthful of coffee we were asked to leave. The reason given was that we only spent $10.00 in his shop and there were people waiting for a table that wanted to buy food. Fred had absolutely no idea if we were going to eat or not, he just assumed because he is obviously very much money hungry and only cares about his hip pocket not about the experience of his customers. He argued with my friend and I all the way out of the café and proceeded to advise we were never welcome back there again, don’t worry La Society due to the arrogant boss you have I would never step foot inside the café again. I would like to remind Fred that bad reviews and word of mouth spread much quicker than a good review and I hope he remembers this next time he kicks someone out for only ordering a coffee.

Came here for breakfast today for a first time. The waitresses service was absolutely phenomenal. Lovely lady who took my order was so kind. Food was quick and couldn't fault it. Will definitely be back. Its so hard to find good customer service these days. All the staff members were so kind and efficient. Credit to the staff.

This place is above amazing! The owners go above and beyond for you and make you feel so welcome, not to mention how beautiful the food is here and the range of different options to choose from. Highly recommend coming here for coffee and food.

Impressive customer service!! A beautiful short hair lady taking a simple order with an outstanding customer service. On top of that, I found all the other team members with big smiles. You guys rock on this!!! Music is just perfect and the food delicious, fresh and friendly prices. I had been here a couple of times and the experience had been fabulous. If you have kids, the experience is just perfect. It is 50% the food and 50% the service and you got them both!! 100% recommended 👌

This place is a hidden gem at Narellan!!! The food is visually delicious and backs it up by tasting great. Very reasonable pricing. They reserve the outside tables for prams first so it doesn't cram the inside. Absolutely amazing variety in food. Not to mention the friendliness of all the staff. Each occasion we come, they are always so friendly and helpful. Love this place, such positive vibes!
