My first visit to Jingellic Pub was just a stopover. It was definitely a destination for my most recent visit. Camp on the banks of the upper Murray river, toilets, showers. The pub food is excellent, staff are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!
Good food and a lovely cabin with comfortable bed. The air conditioning was on when we arrived which was very appreciated in such a hot day. Will be staying again.
I've seen many owners come and go from here. It's a nice pub in a good spot ..gets pretty busy. The food I found expensive and very bland. The service behind the bar is colder than the beer. The mood was like a wake.just my opinion but it is the same when I go into the pub. Never changes . Like I said nice old school pub nice spot on the great Murry river..could do better with a friendly bar staff the care what the customers think. Been to worse pubs but been to better.if I was out of town I would not go out of my way to go there.
Stayed in the very nice cabin. Meals were exceptional, ribs, rack of lamb, surf n turf were all among the best we've had. Compliments to the chefs, and awesome staff, Dylan, River, Paul (?) for great service. Can't wait to come back
The food was excellent — fresh, hearty, and full of flavour. The service was genuinely warm and welcoming, though a little slow on the day. That said, the relaxed pace suited the setting. The atmosphere and location were delightful — a true hidden gem by the river, offering a sense of calm and country charm that’s hard to find. Overall, a lovely spot well worth visiting.
