An excellent large park with HEAPS of picnic shelters, BBQs, toilets, and a kiosk with ice creams, slushies etc. There’s a fun Pirate Ship play equipment area and lots of sand for digging. There are some walking paths through the wooded area too.
Love taking my kids to Campbell hill park I've been going there since I was young also it's definitely a family favourite. Very busy on Sundays coming early to find a spot to sit are park is key. Facilities available at the park: Kiosk/Canteen Toilets (when it's busy bring wipes it's not nice in the toilets) Sheltered BBQ steating areas You can also hire the larger undercover seating areas for events plug also available under these areas (call council to book). Pathways to ride bikes and scooters Playground Sand pits Basketball Court
Large spacious park with ample barbecues and picnic areas. Great for parties and large get togethers. Adequate parking but many people do not park within the lines, meaning wasted car spaces for people trying to find parking. Too many people leaving rubbish behind. On the weekends, I would suggest having rangers monitor the park and fine people illegally parking and people who are littering. Some people don't have basic etiquette or common sense so hopefully fining them will teach them to be considerate of others and their environment.
Really good playground with three large sand pits around. It was packed when we went but on usual days there's plenty of off street parking. Didn't check if there are amenities like toilets etc so withholding one star for now.
