Bin Chicken Island is a park in Georges Hall. Dog access isn't confirmed, but it may be worth checking.

Dog rules

–Canterbury-Bankstown City Council's "Pet-friendly parks and reserves" page states: "please remember to keep your dog on a leash unless the reserve is classified as a 'dog off-leash area'." The council's "Animals and pets" page summarises this as: "Keeping your dog on a leash, unless in a designated off-leash area." This venue is not on Canterbury-Bankstown's published off-leash list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Place stinks, the water looks toxic, looks like nobody cares for the area, avoid. Compared to parks close to Sydney, this is what us South West residents get from council

An absolute hidden gem! 💎 I don't know why those so called self proclaimed influencers haven't hyped up this place yet!! - amazing place to sightsee the most iconic Australian species in their natural habitat! 10/10 would come back!

I sometimes come here to ask favours of the “Don Bin Chicken” and pay my protection money

A glorious place to watch the local bin chickens. I dont know why people hate on these awesome native birds. This island is a true tourist attraction and anyone not respecting it as such must be deeply miserable.
