What people say
Nice updated park with exercise equipment, sensory play, climbing structures, slides, a table tennis table and shaded tables.
As far as playing fields go... This covers netball, and possibly other court sports. Draw back is the toilets are usually inaccessible during sport, and so students (& staff) must rush from class to go to loo and then rush to catch bus to fields. Conditions are to be expected with open access court, but they are accessible and close enough to school to conduct school sports.
100 netball courts and not even 1 basketball court. Why? Bankstown area is in need of proper outdoor basketball courts and this park is another example of how Bankstown council does not want to provide a variety of sports grounds. What ever basketball courts that exist and hazardous and this park just shows how space can be wasted. Parking is good and the kids play Park is good and it's built under shade.
Went to watch my daughter play pssa netball. Nice park, had never been there before.
