Caterbox Cafe

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely exceptional experience at Caterbox Cafe in Taree! The food was outstanding. I ordered the nachos and the ratio between the meat and corn chips was absolutely perfect. The salsa with mango was delicious and beautifully balanced with the sour cream and guacamole. The corn chips were toasted to perfection, and the sweet chilli sauce was phenomenal and really tied everything together. The cafe itself is in a great location with adequate parking and a lovely garden-esque aesthetic. There’s plenty of seating, making it a comfortable spot to relax. Customer service was top-notch, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Taree to stop by Caterbox Cafe. They have a wide variety of food on offer, and the owner also provides catering, which is a huge bonus. I’ll absolutely be back!

This place is a gem! Next level food, it was delicious and the presentation was incredible. We ate in the front courtyard and it was so lovely sitting amongst the oasis of plants. The coffee is fabulous and it’s such a convenient place to pop in for a takeaway, or as a stop on a road trip instead of the Maccas and KFC round the corner. We’ll be back!

Their Banh Mi Roll was very tasty and found that with chips was enough for both of us, just found the avocado didn't work for me. Highly recommended if you want quality food and good coffee.

I absolutely did not expect this cracking little cafe just off the highway at Taree. I come from a 5 star 2 hatted restaurant background and have family who work in and own cafes in inner city Brisbane and this little cracker seriously rivals them! Home bakes, top notch ingredients, well priced and the presentation of the pumpkin bruschetta is 5 star .. work of art! Plus it tasted amazing! Staff are engaging and friendly … can not rate this one highly enough … well worth a stop!

What a great cafe just off the M1. This place is definitely worthy the 5 stars and certainly the turn off to slow down the pace of life. The food is top quality and very generous in its portion sizing. The black coffee was perfect and great for a pickup to continue our trip home. The place had a great vibe with the Retro record player on the walls and the garden eating area full of green plants and very relaxing. Definitely worth a stop at.
