The Mill Hotel

I absolutely loved staying here, and if I ever need to stay in this area again, I will not hesitate to book here, it was excellent, I highly recommend! I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the condition of the everything (only a couple of small things were slightly dusty), and I am a very fussy person, but I was very happy here. The facilities in the room were perfect. The manager was superb; very patient, very understanding and very helpful...and the cleaner was helpful also. My only small complaint is that the phone should be answered within operating hours, but wasn't always. Other than that, I am SO happy I chose to stay here, it was fantastic in every way, thank you! I wish I could have stayed another day or two :-) I hope to stay here again in the future...

I came here in the late evening to dine at the bistro. It wasn’t busy but the food took ages to come out. Around about 15-20 minutes. I ordered small taco dishes. I’m not fussed on either, particularly the Butter Milk Chicken Taco. The chicken was not crunchy at all. The salsa was minimal. It was like no effort was put into the tacos whatsoever. I did enjoy the marinade of the steak in the Grilled Steak Tacos though. Friendly service though I felt like I had to repeat my order to have it clarified. A big dining space as well. Debating whether to return or not.

A massive shout out to Don who looked after my son & daughters 21st party that was held in The Palms Private function room. Don was very transparent with the planning of the event leading up to the day. So grateful Don was looking after our Event. The birthday was exactly how I had pictured it to be but was even better on the day . The staff, Tamia & Michelle were outstanding on the night. They were profession, friendly and attentive to myself and our guests. The girls knew what to do on the night but always double checked with me if it was ok. The food was on point 👌🏾, bathrooms were clean, the venue was clean and security was great. Don, Tamia & Michelle & the staff at the Mill, thank you for a wonderful night. We all enjoyed ourselves. If you are looking for a venue, this is the place.

Super clean .. they clean your room each day with fresh towel service each day. Staff are super friendly. The restaurant and facilities are great. All your beer brands on tap and food is very reasonably price for a very good meal. Sign up to their app for member discounts. Really enjoyed my stay.

The food is amazing but they have lost 2 stars for not answering their phones. I have called numerous times over the past 2 weeks and not once has my calls been answered. I have a massive function coming up I need to organise and would have loved to have held it at The Mill Hotel, but unfortunately with the phones not ever being answered I have resulting in having to book my second option. Good job The Mill staff you have just lost thousands of dollars. I hope the owner and manager is really proud of their staff 😡
