A good meeting place in Menai. The Cafe and Bistro offer great coffee and good food. There was plenty of covered parking.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Leilani at Club Menai. Every time I’ve been in, she’s been absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and looked after, and her positive attitude really makes a difference to the whole place. You can tell she actually cares about the members and takes pride in what she does. Staff like Leilani are the reason people keep coming back. Club Menai is lucky to have her! Regards Luke Byatt

Went for dinner and got fish that seemed quite raw and was pink and see through. When I went to mention it to the kitchen staff they said it’s cooked and wouldn’t be doing anything about it, despite a clear customer guarantee on their menu.

The customer service here is the best I've ever seen at any bistro. I was served by a young girl named Milly and a boy named Rohan, and they were both nothing short of impeccable for hospitality staff. Milly helped me navigate the menu and was able to recommend a few meals to my family, which they ended up thoroughly enjoying. She was incredibly helpful and offered everything I didn't even think of in the process. Incredibly thoughtful and kind, even helped me with using my phone to pay (I'm still struggling with phones). As someone who worked in the industry for a few odd years, these two completely helped restore my hope in the younger generation's customer service. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and overall made the visit a very positive experience. The food at the bistro was quite good for bistro food. The food service overall was very quick and efficient. The fajitas they served as a special on Sunday night were great, but the sirloin was cold by the time we received it. The caesar salad we ordered tasted amazing but the cost was a bit steep with the grilled chicken added to it. They have just renovated and the new furniture is super comfortable and very nice looking. Certainly a nice change from what it was before! The membership is also very cheap and will save you money on your first visit. Overall I would certainly recommend this bistro, especially due to the incredible customer service I received. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

Located at 44-60 Allison Crescent, Menai, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 A really family friendly club. Our group came for a concert 🎶 today that was really entertaining. There was no cost which was even better. The ventriloquist was fantastic and so funny and the singer had a great voice. We then had lunch in the bistro, very good value for a delicious meal. My group all enjoyed their meals and the cake selection in the cafe was so vast and the cakes were so yummy 😋. I had the peri peri chicken burger with fries, highly recommend. The club is very nicely designed, very open and easy to move around which is good for people in wheelchairs 🦼 which included a couple of people in my group. There’s a range of weekly activities like Trivia night on Tuesday, Bingo on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, Free 🆓 Pool on Monday and Friday nights Meat Raffles. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, very eager to answer any questions or help in any way. I had a great experience at Club Menai and would definitely recommend. Thumbs up!!! 👍👍👍
