There are many things I would have loved to rate highly about this establishment — however our experience with the chicken skewers was very disappointing, as it was raw inside. I had eaten one of the two skewers while keeping an eye on my kids in the new play area, and only then realised the chicken was raw inside. Unfortunately I didn’t take a photo of what we sent back, but after waiting around 30 minutes for a replacement, it was returned served on the same bread, that had previously held the raw chicken. This raised serious hygiene concerns for me, and I refused to eat it again. I’m now genuinely concerned about the possibility of food poisoning tomorrow, which has really overshadowed what could have been a great visit. The junior manager did offer a full refund, which I appreciated, however the overall experience means this isn’t somewhere I would feel comfortable visiting again anytime soon — which is a real shame because the venue has so much potential. 1:00pm Sat 14-Feb.

Husband's 70th birthday Celebrations and it was the best. Great service, fantastic food (lots and lots of it) bar staff amazing. Compliments from everyone who came to help celebrate - even the innercity hipsters were amazed. Thank you for taking all the stress away from me and making into a very memorable day.

We held an end-of-year celebration here and everyone had a fabulous night. Staff ensured we had the tables we requested when booking, the new cocktail menu was a treat and the food was excellent. Although it was busy, we didn’t have to wait long and the service at the bar was quick. Casual, relaxed atmosphere with friendly, efficient staff. Will definitely continue coming to The Prince in the future.

We wanted a family lunch with little humans and their parents. The staff were amazing! Especially Sam who organised a tab card for us to be able to pay seamlessly . Food was delicious. Drinks too! The kids area is great . Clean and not too big for little ones. We all had a great experience. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Our new go to for family events!
