I live in Bondi and find myself travelling almost 2 hours every day after work just so i can eat at this place right before it closes. After i consume my meal, I am reminded as to why Thai is TOP. The chef, who i believe to be named Bobby, cooks with so much passion, i have now booked a culinary class just so i can attempt to cook like him at home.
I have tried a few times there vegetable laksa, I have had experience having luck at other places in the late evening and I found the fruit and veggies were not fresh, but this place doesn’t matter either morning afternoon or late evening even at the time of the closing still I found the same freshness in their food, very neat and clean hygienic place with a good staff and ambient environment and out of the noise, good place for a coffee too, highly recommend this place
Food is good. Customer service needs improvement. Ordered a fried rice and a cashew chicken specifying no spice as its for the kids. The person taking the order wrote down mild. Came home to find the food quite spicy- and we mean spicy (we are indian and it was spicy by our standards). They were happy to take back the food and provide a replacement, but it was an inconvenience. This has happened to us twice before.
The food was delicious and fresh. Definitely visiting again when I crave for Thai. Green curry had just the right kick, spicy just as I like it. My family enjoyed the food too. Service on Sunday afternoon was quick even though it was slightly busy
Good tasting food and portion sizes. Downside for the Tom yum fried rice is that the crispy pork wasn’t crispy. Will be back to try more dishes!
