Pat Zikan Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Blacktown.
Dogs are welcome on-leash at Pat Zikan Reserve, a Blacktown City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.
Tennis court hire through online services. Simple and easy system. Greatly maintained. Only issue would be no toilet access, especially for women this is abit of a hassle. Thats the reason for the 4 stars.
Nice quiet place to meet for a play date. Safe area for little kids but little hard to get in with a wheel chair or extra items for special needs children with gate closed at the drive way. First time there but couldn't see public toilets...might find them in next visit.
This is a nice little area to visit, doesn't have any toilets, but some nice undercover area for a small number for a party. Has a little parking in the site, but you would have to park out on Flushcome Road if you had a large number of people. It has a tennis court and a nice little kids play ground which is quite clean and tidy, I would go and have a look at the site if you want to visit every so often. A nice small reserve. I lived in the area and this park made a nice place to walk to.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
