Food was good. Service was disgusting. Placed my order. 1 other person in the shop 2 people serving and they had to wait and listen to this guys story before making the food. Won’t be back.

The staff here never disappoint, youre always greeted with a smile and the food is 11/10 every single time. I also appreciate Talia, she was so kind and genuinely a joy to speak to. Thank you so much, you made our evening. ☺️

I got a cheeseburger from there. Was expecting a handmade beef patty, like an old fashioned take away shop. It was frozen & processed, the same ones they use at maccas & hungry jacks. You may as well go to either of those, if you want a burger because that’s what it tasted like. If I didn’t know where it was from, I would’ve thought it was from maccas or hungry jacks. The onion was raw & way too much sauce when I only asked for a little bit. Chips were fresh but nothing special, tbh. I think they should advertise that the beef patties they use are frozen, processed ones because I would have ordered something else if I’d known. The garlic sauce tasted like tartare sauce with garlic in it. Not what I expected at all. I was really disappointed especially because I paid $22 for a combo , with a can and small garlic dipping sauce. Staff were really nice though & I definitely give them 5 stars but the burger only gets 1 star.

Never had a problem with the food until today 1. 1 hamburger, 1 steak burger and chips $37 2. RAW onions on steak burger, not cooked caramelised but RAW. 3. asked for just a little bit of bbq sauce, on steak burger I think they took it as a challenge to see how much can fit on a burger, all soggy with bbq sauce, 4. Barley cooked bacon on the steak burger Between trying to pick off the raw onions and the soggy bbq soaked bun, tried to eat it as I was hungry but not enjoyable at all Chips were nice
