AJ's Cafe Greystanes

I went with my mum and my grandma, and this cafe was honestly so good. I loved the music choice and it wasn’t too loud. The open windows provide a good breeze without making it too cold, granted I am from Queensland so I’m a little different when it comes to temperature 😅 The staff were so accommodating, I ordered a chocolate thick shake with an extra shot of coffee and it wasn’t as thick as I would’ve hoped so I asked if they could add more ice-cream and they did it without any hesitation. That honestly made me feel so good because I hate sending food back 🥲. But when they re-made it there wasn’t any coffee, and they noticed my mum pouring in some of her coffee into my cup, so they came back over and asked if I wanted another shot 🥲. But I felt so bad to send it back a second time, but they insisted and were so nice about it. The food was amazing too, I ordered the AJ’s signature and it was delicious. I’ve never really tried food with those flavours before but it was soooooo good. The only issue I had with the dining area was the booth at the back, I’m 5’9 and I felt like the table was really low, but my mum is 5’5 and it was the perfect height for her.

AJ’s Café in Greystanes is one of my favourite spots to visit as an Uber delivery partner. Their coffee is always amazing, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly, supportive, and always quick with orders — they never keep us waiting long, which makes a big difference for delivery drivers. AJ, the big boss, is incredibly kind and always treats everyone with respect. Highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. Fantastic service and quality every time! — Nayana

First time here. I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. Nice atmosphere with indoor seating available. Service was fast. Food fresh & made to order. Coffee was very nice, it's a smooth blend, not bitter or too strong, just how I like it. The menu had a good variety of food including vegetarian options & a breakfast menu. Very unique & different. It was a lovely experience & I am glad I stopped by. Looking forward to coming back to try your other options.

Service was Fast & friendly. The food and the coffee where absolutely amazing. Definitely a hidden gem Highly recommended you come and try. Even love the way there replaced the Sourdough with a delicious homemade hash brown on my eggs Benedict!!! Well done guys.

Food was decent but nothing mind-blowing. My wife had the brekkie burger with a hash brown—nothing special. I had the big breakfast—good variety, but the eggs were a bit overdone for my taste and the bread felt a bit plain. Coffee was nice. Service was friendly and the vibe was relaxed. Not bad for a local spot, but we probably wouldn’t go out of our way to come back.
