We visited The Baristas’ Shed (20/9 Hollinsworth Rd, Marsden Park) in the evening and had such a great experience. Even though it was quite late, the service was still warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt calm yet lively—just perfect for an evening catch-up with friends. The barista on duty made us some of the best coffee we’ve had in a long time. You could tell right away that he takes real pride in what he does—the coffee was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with a creamy texture on top. It’s not easy to find a place that serves such consistently good coffee even at the end of the day, but this café absolutely delivered. The interior of the café is modern and stylish, with warm lighting and a cozy layout that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. We decided to sit outside, and it turned out to be a great choice—the outdoor seating area is spacious, peaceful, and has a nice evening breeze that added to the whole experience. It’s a spot where you can relax, chat, and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed. What really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Despite the late hour, they served us with genuine smiles and made sure everything was just right. The overall vibe of the café is welcoming and relaxed, making it a great place whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or spending time with friends. All in all, The Baristas’ Shed is a gem in Marsden Park—fantastic coffee, great ambience, and staff who truly care about what they do. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we’ll definitely be returning soon for another round of their amazing coffee and good vibes.

Outstanding Coffee, Creative Menu, and Warm Service Every Time I visited The Baristas’ Shed (20/9 Hollinsworth Rd, Marsden Park) yesterday and left very impressed. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt the welcoming and positive vibe that this café is clearly known for. The staff are genuinely warm and friendly, making it a place where you feel like more than just a customer. A special thank you goes to Heema, the lovely barista who made my cappuccino. She greeted me with a smile and prepared one of the smoothest, most perfectly balanced cappuccinos I’ve had in a long time. Rich, full-bodied coffee with just the right texture of foam—it was the kind of cup that makes you stop and appreciate how much care went into it. That personal touch made my visit stand out. The menu deserves its own spotlight. What I really liked is how it goes beyond the basics—yes, they do the café classics, but each dish is given a fresh, modern twist. From avo on toast loaded with green peas, golden beets, wakame seaweed, and chia lemon, to the hearty breaky bruschetta layered with mushroom ragout, kale, Persian feta, and a perfectly poached egg, it’s clear that thought and creativity go into every plate. And for anyone with a sweet tooth, the mango & pineapple toast with berries, lemon balm, coconut sorbet, and macadamia soil is both refreshing and indulgent. It’s the kind of menu where you know you’ll want to come back just to try something new each time. The atmosphere is equally appealing. Indoors, there’s a warm and cozy feel with background music and a lively buzz, while the outdoor seating makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. It feels versatile—you could comfortably bring a laptop and do some work, meet friends for a casual brunch, or simply sit quietly with a good coffee. Service is efficient without ever feeling rushed. Drinks and meals come out quickly, but the staff still take the time to engage and make you feel looked after. That balance of speed and genuine hospitality is something I really value in a café. I’ve uploaded some photos from my visit, so be sure to check them out if you’re curious about the presentation—it’s as inviting on the plate as it is on the menu. All in all, The Baristas’ Shed has everything I look for in a café: fantastic coffee, a fresh and inventive menu, friendly and attentive staff, and a welcoming environment that makes you want to return. I’ll definitely be back, and next time I’ll be trying more of those creative dishes alongside another cappuccino from Heema—highly recommended.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Simon at the counter. Undecided on what drink to get he recommended his favourite was Mango Drop. Great choice Simon! So refreshing especially for such a hot day like today. The beautiful lady Dani arrived with the dishes. She was so sweet & friendly. Now let’s talk about the food. Talk about delicious... I got the Filipino Longanisa and the Fairy Floss Waffle. Absolutely Amazing !! Loved both dishes. The staff is what really has me coming back. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Shoutout to Simon & Dani thank you for the amazing service.

Tried the Veg Peri Peri Burger and Dubai Chocolate Pancakes, and honestly, both were amazing! The burger had just the right amount of spice and was super satisfying. And those pancakes… so rich and chocolatey, they felt like a real treat. Definitely coming back for more!😋
