Had good reviews so decided to try it. Good coffee but average food and terrible service. When you enter there is no one to seat you or guide you. We were just waiting around while staff ignored us. Finally i went to the counter and they said sit wherever. Very slow service. They initially even served us the wrong coffees then apologised and took them away. We had to ask them for cutlery, napkins and even toilet paper at the restroom. You need to ask for everything. Staff was moving at snails pace and you have to ask them for everything or they don’t give it to you. Don’t believe the reviews.

Waited 40 minutes for this, and honestly I’m still trying to process how it left the kitchen. What arrived looked burnt beyond saving — blackened, dry, and clearly forgotten on the grill. The inside was barely edible, the outside tasted like charcoal, and the presentation was embarrassing. You can literally see how unevenly cooked it was, with parts burnt to a crisp and others soggy. No apology. No explanation. Just served like this was acceptable after a 40-minute wait. If you’re short-staffed or overwhelmed, say so. But charging customers for food that looks and tastes like this is unacceptable. Massive waste of time, money, and appetite. Would not recommend. Would not return.

What has happened to this once beautiful inviting cafe!?! First of all:…a big positive. The coffees were beautiful and if I was purely rating on that, the score would be 5 stars. But unfortunately, the interior of the cafe now looks so uninviting, sad, old and being left to run down. The food cabinets look bare, the old bread cabinets once full with fresh produce, now empty. The tables have stickers peeling off, the salt and pepper grinders dirty, peeled and in our case gross. The food may still be lovely, but there is nothing to inspire me to order off the menu. This place had and still has soooo much potential to be buzzing 7 days a week. However, the interior needs some TLC and a revamp.

We had the pizza at Limestone Café and it was absolutely delicious. The base was perfectly done, light yet crisp, and the toppings tasted fresh and authentic. It had that real woodfired flavor you expect from a proper pizza. Simple, tasty and definitely worth coming back for.

I tried wood fire pizza yesterday after a long time, and it felt so authentic and fresh. The taste was amazing, and the chef is an ultimate expert – I can feel the passion in every bite. Truly loved it!"
