Refalo Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Glenwood.
Dogs are welcome on-leash at Refalo Reserve, a Blacktown City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.
Not a bad little park tucked away on elba way Glenwood. Park is a bit outdated & could really do with an upgrade. There’s a picnic area no bbq so would hav to take your own but there’s a viewing deck to stand off & feed the ducks or jus sit on the side on the park chair & take on the sites of the lake feature
Lovely small area with fountains and adequate space for running, walking the dog and getting outside
Park is outdated really needs an upgrade . If park was upgrade it would b a great spot to picnic with kids feed the ducks etc
Not much equipment but kids still loved it. Watch out for wasps - there was a nest under the table.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
