Since the Falcone Group took over this establishment I have placed an unpleasant review that I have removed recently. My crew & friends have attended the ECT 4 times over the last 6 months and the place has been almost packed at lunchtime on Fridays & like the old days it’s hard to find a parking spot , which is a glowing endorsement. In house promos have been great & it is really good to see a loyalty program has been reintroduced on the relevant app. Bar staff & chefs are brilliant and the food options are exceptional as always . Great range of beverages , top betting facilities & well placed tv screens throughout the venue . And there are plenty of pokies for Derek to play . I attended again with the crew for a Friday lunch last week , Oct 2025. Excellent service and top quality food as per usual . The bar staff provided table service which is really good compared to waiting for a buzzer to go off & then pick up your meal .

I paid 37 plus delivery for the smallest steak and a few fries. This is daylight robbery. Used to be good then went downhill. Last time I spend money here

Took the better half here for lunch today for the first time. Didn’t leave disappointed. Definitely left with full belly’s. The crispy buffalo wings were definitely crispy and were full of flavour. A must have. The Philly steak was amazing, steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend. The staff were very nice and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

I had a very upsetting experience here on 10th September (12:50–1:35 pm). There were two staff girls working — one with curly hair and one with straight blonde hair. The issue was not with the curly-haired girl, but the other one. After I politely said “thank you” when finishing my lunch, she looked angry at me for no reason. I am a few months pregnant and this made me feel very uncomfortable and disheartened. It even felt like I was treated differently because I am Indian. Very disappointing service — I will not be returning.
