Greenhalgh Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Nirimba Fields where dogs are welcome on lead.
Dog rules
Dogs are welcome on-leash at Greenhalgh Reserve, a Blacktown City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.

No pedestrian path to this park. Blacktown council should look after that..otherwise good park.

It's a nice place but no pedestrian pathway to get there, not enough sitting place and covered area. Definitely needs some TLC from council. People have to walk on road to get there which is not safe for kids. No rest rooms either.
