To the Bartender girl working upstairs on 9th of Jan 2026. I don’t think she knows anything about good customer service at all. She was in a hurry to leave the venue as soon as it was 8pm. Had no smile on her face at all while serving food at our table.

Today, my friend and I ordered coffee and waited for a short while because the lady staff member assisting us came from downstairs. When she finally attended us, her facial expression and tone felt rude and unwelcoming. While we truly enjoyed the ambiance of the place, the service we received took away from the experience. I also observed a noticeable difference in how she treated other customers. She appeared much friendlier and more attentive toward customers she seemed to favor, while others including us and another customer were met with the same displeased expression and manner. Good customer service should be consistent and respectful. Every customer deserves to be treated equally, regardless of appearance. Offering the same level of politeness, patience, and professionalism to everyone would greatly improve the overall experience.

I had such a great experience! Shoutout to the man with the black beard, I think his name is Michael. From the moment I walked in to the gaming room he was incredibly attentive. Always checking in with a smile, making sure everyone had what they needed without ever being intrusive. You could tell both him and the other guy genuinely cared about all the customers and took pride in their work. They had a really charismatic personality too - friendly, welcoming, and able to strike up a conversation with just about anyone. It made the whole atmosphere feel more relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across staff who are both professional and personable like that. Definitely made my visit so much better. Give that man a raise he’s a real asset to the pub! Can’t wait to go back!

I had a really lovely experience here until I met a stereotype guy (michael) who claims to be a man not a boy. He wanted us not to give the drink anymore and only reason was we said we wanted cocktail however he refused saying he don’t know how to make it and also charged fouble for the drink. He acts like he claims the whole world which is clear on his attitude. Totally arrogant mann who i feel is good for no customer service. Anyways god bless him and give him some peace of mind so that he know how to treat customer specially who are not drunk. Would suggest always go for another option to drinkk as he is a terrible guy with no empathy or customer service role. Poor nicholas feel bad for him i solely managing service. Hatss off for tou though (not because you are a man according to michael) because pf good actual customer service… actually …. Youu michael. I am not drunk it is really and honest revieww…

I had a terrible experience recently at this establishment. The manager, a bearded guy, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He spent most of his time flirting with some girls while wearing his AirPods, clearly not focused on his duties. To make matters worse, as my friends and I were finishing our drinks, he accused us of "looking at girls" when, in fact, he was the one flirting with them at the gaming machines. We couldn't even enjoy our drinks in peace, and we’ve been regulars here! It’s such a shame to see this kind of behavior from someone in charge. Definitely won't be returning.
