What people say
The front reception staff always had a cool face. The staff at the Chinese restaurant had the worst attitude, the Yum Cha was ok but the dinner food was very disappointing. The cafe area was always dirty. The only place worth seating down was the bar.
The Yum Cha here was really good! Been here a few times and we've always left with a full belly and very satisfied. Remember to use your club membership to get a discount.
Dishonest staff and appalling service – Avoid this place! I am beyond disappointed with our experience at Yam Cha. From the moment we arrived, we were left waiting for an eternity just to be allocated a table, but the service only got worse from there. When we tried to order BBQ Pork Buns, the server was incredibly rude and dismissive. She snapped at us, saying there were none left and they wouldn't be making more because we "came too late." To make matters worse, she then threw a completely different dish onto our table as a substitute—it was something we didn't want and the quality was terrible. The most insulting part? Shortly after, another lady walked right past us with a trolley of BBQ Pork Buns. We were point-blank lied to by the first server, who clearly just didn't want to do her job. The attitude here is aggressive and dishonest. There are plenty of other places to get Yum Cha where you are treated with basic respect. Save your money and go somewhere else. Do not come here!
What a gem of a place to explore with family and friends! It’s impressively clean, and there’s this intriguing scent lingering in the air that adds to the atmosphere. I decided to pay a visit on a Monday, all in for those Pork Ribs. Let me tell you, they were more than delicious. And that Sticky Date dessert? Oh, it hit the sweet spot perfectly. As for the Amaretto Sour, it was spot on. I genuinely had a fantastic time there. Now, here’s the scoop: to unlock some pretty awesome food and drink deals, you’ll need to sign up for a membership, which only costs between 3 to 7 dollars, depending on how long you want it. Trust me, it’s money well spent! 🍽️🍹😊
