Nestled in the heart of Bexley south, Collective Studio and Pizza not only delights with its impeccable beverages and friendly service but also offers the convenience of ample parking. This hassle-free parking availability allows me to easily park, order my favourite drinks, and drive off with a smile. Other times, I enjoy sitting outdoors or in snd enjoying our beverages. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the consistently excellent coffees, chai lattes, mochas, and açai smoothies. The skillful preparation of these beverages, coupled with the friendly and welcoming service, has truly made each visit a memorable experience. As I savour their delightful drinks, I can't help but look forward to exploring their enticing meal options on my next visit.

Super impressed with Collective Cafe food, service and atmosphere!! Yesterday I hosted my birthday party (~50pax) at Collective Cafe and cannot fault them one bit. They were amenable in allowing me to decorate the place as I wanted, they were attentive and went above and beyond to provide professional photography along them way (as the owner Nick’s first love is photography). If you are after an authentic Macedonian cuisine in a contemporary setting, don’t wait any longer! Highly recommend them for lunch, dinner or a special event.

we have been here a few times and it has been lovely. this last time was terrible. incredibly slow service, we had to get our menus ourselves and prompt them to take our order after waiting about 20 minutes. once the older man came to take our order, he had an annoyed expression on his face and he forgot one of our food items. We waited more than 40 minutes for our pizzas, they were dough-y and not tasty. very very expensive ($28) pizzas that weren’t good at all and very slow. we used to love this place, it was our local gem but now we’re never coming back again.

My husband and I decided to try this place out because it’s very close to home and we can walk there. We noticed the place was always busy and busy means something is definitely done right! That being said… the coffee is fantastic and the food is phenomenal! The service is above and beyond. However, they are busy and wait times can be a little long. So if you don’t have the patience to wait for great food, this place isn’t for you. Limited indoor seating but ample space outside. On a beautiful day such as today, outside is the best option! We are more than satisfied with our experience at this establishment!
