Had some of the best ribs here. Generous, tasty, tender and filling. The g garlic prawns were also very tasty. The lobster thermador was a bit too cheesy but for the price that's OK. Generally a good meal for the price.

(Sorry late reply) “Waterstone Grill” Going back to November 29th 2024 My daughter and 9 of her friends celebrated their year 10 formal with a 3 course meal arranged by Steve the Manager. The staff were wonderful. The table was set, the 3 courses came out on time. The kids felt very comfortable and the meals were delicious. The overall service and speaking with Steve who answered all my questions at any time was very professional. I highly recommend anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion at the Waterstone Grill.

Full house service 2 staff attitude discusting Been here more then 8 years Paid a lot of your staff wages You left your place with to young ladies that have no clue of customer service and they are abusing there power as managerial role at the time. Been in hospitality industry over 30 years As a waiter ,bar tender, chef , manager with exceptional standards. The list i expect is 10 minutes Gap after my starters arrived . When I complaint they took the mains under a lamp to keep it warm and then they would serve it to me later. Guys so you know when food is served should be 90 degree's other wise its full of bacteria. Once I said serve my wife now and I need a new dish she the nanager at the time wanted to kill me with the way she looked at me. IM SHOCKED THAT I SIRVED HOSPITALITY ALL MY LIFE AND I SEE THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT ....I SAID I DONT WANT MY MAIN THEY STILL SERVED IT MANAGER TRYING TO BE THE STRONG AND SMART ONE AT THE INCIDENT SUNDAY THE 13 OF JULY SHE NEEDS A BREAK OR UPGRATE HER KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO DEAL WITH CLIENT S THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY WANT HIW THINGS SHOULD BE ETC. VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY WITH MY LOCAL PLACE TO GO ....TRAIN HER ASAP

Steer clear of this culinary catastrophe—it’s like the Bermuda Triangle of chicken parmigiana! I mean, I’ve had better chicken from a rubber chicken factory. There was no ham in sight, and the sauce? Let’s just say it was playing hide and seek—mostly hiding. And the mashed potatoes? Icebergs have more warmth! My buddy's order? A cosmic joke! They forgot the egg on his steak, and the bacon? Well, it must have taken a vacation. Just a stellar performance in the art of food blunders!
