SEEKER coffee

I love coming to SEEKER. The classics are done well and the specials are innovative. The shokupan is high quality with a good range of toppings available. The owner and staff are always friendly and chill to talk to so the atmosphere has a good balance between calm and buzzing. They're constantly improving their craft too, which is awesome to see.

love the vibes soo cute and aesthetic esp in cabra 😍😍 seeker matcha- their seeker matcha at the time was lychee matcha. soo bomb!! such a good balance of matcha to milk ratio. it’s umami and nutty not bitter and complimented nicely w lychee foam ! 😋🍵 i do agree w the others that a larger size would be nicer 😍 ⭐️9/10 molly had a dolly- is nice too but i felt like the matcha wasn’t strong enough. it’s a must get if u love jasmine tea! ⭐️8/10 michael jackson- so zesty and refreshing!! amazing coffee w orange cream!! one of the best coffees i had! ⭐️8.5/10 tiktok/ig @ _foodmils

Absolutely loved this place! The vibe was on point. The service was impeccable, loved the energy in the space. Now - the iced matcha, it was delicious ! You can tell that the matcha is of high quality and that they put a high ratio of matcha to milk (not many stores do this!). You can also tell they put a lot of thought on each and every single one of their drink recipes. They’re so unique and haven’t seen any other cafe do this before. 10/10 would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

My go-to is Molly had a Dollly! By far the best iced matcha I've had in Sydney - smooth, vibrant and perfect sweetness! The Michael Jackson drink was a must-try! I've never had anything like it before. The orange and nutmeg aroma was the bomb! The staff are so warm and friendly and bring such positive vibes. Special shoutout to Jimmy and Timmy for always being greeting us with a smile and being so energetic and optimistic each time we visit! Jimmy has a keen eye for detail; the menu items have been well-thought out with creative twists as well as the usual coffee classics, and features premium Shokupan bread which is so pillowy.. to die for! Will be back again for the almond croissant which was delicious. All the pastries are top quality. My kids loved the apple danish and ham and cheese toastie. This is the café Cabramatta didn't know it needed! Seeker coffee balances playfulness, elevated with excellent technique!

- Iced matcha latte with soy milk (brown sugar sweetener) $8 ✨ - not a bad matcha but it’s not a great one in my books. It was not as sweet or bold as I prefer my matcha lattes to be. My friend liked it tho so worth trying for yourself. - Molly had a dolly $10 ⭐️ I really enjoyed the jasmine fragrance of this drink! The matcha flavour isn’t really strong though. - Michael Jackson $8.50 ⭐️ The citrus and cream really complements the cold brew. This was my favourite drink. ✨ worth trying for yourself ⭐️ I recommend it! Overall: Cute vibey cafe but not somewhere to stay and chill as there’s not much comfortable seating. Just get takeaway. Friendly staff. I’m interested in trying their other drinks!
