If you’re looking for a soft-style crepe, this may not be the right place for you. I personally prefer soft crepes, but since I’ve been here before, I already knew their style and still enjoyed it. However, there are two points I’d like to mention. First, when we tried to order, we called the staff by saying hello, but she didn’t come over. We weren’t sure if she was busy cooking or doing something else, but she seemed reluctant to come to the counter. Instead, she just asked from a distance something like, “You okay?” We patiently waited, not wanting to be rude, but it felt like she expected us to order without any face-to-face interaction. That’s not really nice, especially when you’re in customer service. Second, we ordered the Strawberry and Banana crepe with Nutella and whipped cream — but we didn’t get any whipped cream at all. We’ve always loved coming here for crepes whenever we visit Cabramatta, but after this experience, probably not anymore. Disappointed.
They’ve got very tasty dessert and drinks here, a rare hidden gem with crepes serving in cabra. However the customer service here by the thai lady owner was very rude. She’s on her phone all the time. No good customer services or even attitude. Seems to always be grumpy and remembered one time back the. When I frequently visited the store, I didn’t know what I’ve done she went on and actually talked crap abt me in Thai (as I can tell from body gesture and eye contact) to her other Thai- language speaking customers INFRINT OF ME BTW. if I’ve done smth wrong it is right to remain professional and address the issues. Esther’s than an attitude…..Wouldnt return. No matter how good the food is, attitudes, manners and customer service is what gets people in. And I don’t wanna put up with that stuff even when paying for my food. Don’t know if this is just me. But this is from what I’ve observed and sensed too, she doesn’t like it when customer sits in the store for too long after ordering their food and minded their own business or doing some work.
This place is a hidden gem serving delicious and cheap desserts. My favourite is the young coconut shake and the ice cream crepe with bananas and strawberries (it comes with green tea ice cream but I ask for the chocolate ice cream). Crepes are so thin and crispy. Tastes so bomb and reminds me of Japan (though the crepes in Japan are soft not crispy). Be patient as it is just the one lady serving here.
I love this place. There's only one person taking the orders and doing the cooking so there may be a wait time. My favourites are the matcha strawberry crepe and the matcha strawberry waffles
Located near the railway station, this unassuming little cafe is so skilful at conjuring the thinnest and crispiest Crepes in town. One bite and both my family members smile at each other and continue nodding at how delicious the mixture of chocolate ice cream, Oreo pieces and Nutella spread filled crepe. The ice cream itself deserves its own nod..very flavoursome.
