First time and the last! I was at Fairfield Heights last Saturday the old lady that worked there was so rude she's unbelievable I felt so uncomfortable!

First time trying this place and highly recommend! Great place, customer service by the 2 female workers today was absolutely awesome. Made me feel welcomed, very professional and super friendly. Coffee was amazing!!👌 Looking forward to coming back again! 😊

Paying 19.30 bucks for a medium Strawberry milkshake (frozen berries & nesquik powder) and an ice mocha - both medium size) it’s a way too much Place has a out of date menu and all that is there has no price so you order without knowing how much will it be. Staff is not the friendliest either, felt quite pressured to order as soon as we step a foot in

I’m all for supporting small businesses, but when your staff are standing in front of customers making comments not realising they are the same nationality is quite embarrassing to say the least. Overall the coffee is good.

Coffee was nice, cannoli tasted a bit like it was yesterday’s cannoli, which was a bit disappointing. Staff were friendly, the cafe was quite busy and so was a bit noisy inside.
