I had a lovely experience at Ram’s Cafe. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was made perfectly. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, making it a great place to catch up with friends or enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back again!

Staff dont listen to your order and give you whatever they feel like. Are they all deaf? The serving area is a bit low. It looks like a fortress and you feel like an idiot ordering because there's this huge display in the way. AND YOU HAVE TO YELL YOUR ORDER!!!!! Its the weirdest cafe.

I always order the same drink, but this time it tasted completely different. Before my order was made, they prepared something like a chai latte, and then used the same machine for my matcha. The taste was terrible. I told this to the barista, but instead of offering to replace my drink, they argued with me. Barista claimed the spoon and machine were cleaned, but I clearly saw they weren’t cleaned properly. When I tried to raise the issue further, I was told to speak with someone like I guess boss, but he just turned his back on me. It’s only a $6 drink, but it shows they don’t take cleanliness or customer satisfaction seriously at all.
